Application details

Preparation before use

Surface treatment：Steel surface must be clean.Apply wetting-agent to wet the surface.Recommended surface-roughness is 5-15 micrometer.

Applications

Used for heat-resistant components and pipes/inner and outer sides of exhaust pipes/furnace/chimney/chemical equipment/insulator/electric components.

Application way

vacuum dipping,air-spray spurting,direct application for small area.

Remarks

1. temperature of steel and environment should be between 5℃-40℃,steel temperature must be at least 3℃ higher than Dew Point Temperature.。
2. Relative humidity must be under 85% during application and drying process. Not to apply this coating while raining/snowing/fogging.
3. The coating materials must be stocked in sealed/dry/sunshaded places,and away from heat and fire.
4.  The coating materials can be stocked at least 6 months under 25℃,after 6 months should be checked before use.
